I am often asked if I can add a photo to a glass or mug. Yes! I am able to convert a photo or image into something that can be added to glassware & mugs. You need to send me a clear image of what you would like. I am then able to convert the file into an image that is compatible with my program.

wash inside out, machine was cold, fabric softener is not recommended, do not bleach, tumble dry on low or line dry.

If you are buying multiple items especially glassware and shipping seems off. Please contact me. I have found that the combined shipping tool doesn't always calculate the lowest possible shipping price accurately.

I accept cancellations/refunds within 6 hours of purchase. For custom items if you fail to leave the customization information in the note to sellers section upon placement of order, than an 80% refund and cancellation will be given. I allow up to the 48 hours prior to the ship date to hear back from you on your specifications. I make every effort to contact my buyers. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
